BowlsLink Release v1.35 June 2025
The latest updates for BowlsLink are now available.
Some key items include
- Improved Search function for Transfers
- Live Scoring display now has Live Scores as first listing with completed matches moved to bottom
- Member listing Financial To Date will now reflects any paid future memberships
- The same rink number can be applied across multiple greens for clubs who have flexibility with rink sizing
- New Events Calendar available for BowlsLink websites
As is the case with every BowlsLink release remember if you have any issues following the update to refresh your screen Control + R and/or clear your browser cache. More instructions available Google help – clear browser

System
BowlsLink login screens have been updated for future integration with other systems
Transfers
Member lookup feature for competition entries and bookings now used for club invites and transfers.
Greens
Remove rink naming constraints to allow for flexibility with greens and rinks allocations.
Competitions
Add support for metadata (additional information) to competition entries and entrants reports.
Unable to unassign a competition from an event when editing a competition. Fixed.
Sets-shots scoring format not appearing for finals-series matches. Fixed.
Certifications
Add support for custom confirmation messages when approving certifications.
Membership
Base financial-to dates on most future-dated expiry dates from set of contiguous memberships.
Member Key Details Report now includes two additional fields – Club Registration Date & System Registration Date
Results Portal
Display completed live-scored matches below in-progress and upcoming matches.
Live Scoring App
Competitions with unpublishable fixtures appearing in scoring app. Fixed.
Payments
Enforce running-total maximum in ledger (which created payment gateway processing issues). Fixed.
Invoices
Added an “outstanding” filter to the invoices listing screen.
