How to View Club/Region/District Certifications and generate Certification Reports

Updated 15 Oct 2026

This guide provides a streamlined process for accessing and managing club and region or district certifications on BowlsLink. It is essential for administrators and club members to efficiently track certification statuses and generate reports, ensuring compliance and enhancing operational transparency. By following the steps outlined, users can easily navigate the platform to maintain up-to-date records and facilitate the renewal and revoking of certifications.

Viewing Certifications

When logging into BowlsLink, select your profile context, i.e. Club Administration or Club Group Administration and on the left-hand menu, click Certifications under the Membership header

The following screen will default to the Members with Certifications. This page will display the certifications by type as well as their Status, Date Obtained, Valid Until and Approved By details.

You can use the Filters to further shorten this list if required.

Managing Certifications

To manage certifications (Approve/Revoke/Renew/Delete) click “Manage“.

On the Manage Certifications page, you will be able to Renew (Expired certifications), Delete (Approved/Expired certifications) and Revoke (Approved certifications). Expired certifications will be flagged in Red and Approved certifications will be flagged in Blue.

Note: You will only be permitted to do this if you have permissions for these Certifications.

On the right-hand side, click the Tool Icon to action any of the options (Delete, Revoke or Renew).

Renew a Certification

To Renew a certification, click Renew and add the new expiration date using the calendar tool and comment as needed. Once the renewal details are added, click Renew.

Revoking a Certification

To Revoke, click the Tool Icon and select ‘Revoke‘. The certification status will change from Approved (Blue) to Revoked (Red).

How to run a Club Member Certification report

As an administrator, on the left-hand menu under Memberships, click Reports.

Select the Club Member Certifications report – a CSV-formatted report on club member certifications.

Note: When editing the downloaded file, Save As as XLS file as this will save any edits and formatting added to the file. Saving as a CSV file will not keep any changes.

On the left-hand side of the reports, click the Configure button. Select the desired type from the available certifications dropdown and pick the Status/statuses (Approved/Expired/Pending/Revoked) of the desired certification – these can be multi-selected for more than one status.

Once the fields have been selected, click Download
