How to Add Certifications to Personal Profile
This guide provides a straightforward process for adding your Certifications to your profile on BowlsLink, ensuring compliance in roles which are required by law to obtain these credentials.
Applicable certifications may include:
- Working with Children Check or Working with Vulnerable People
- Sports Integrity Australia courses (SIA)
- Approved Bar Manager
- First Aid courses
- Food Handler or Food Safety courses
- Police Check
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
Note: Bowls Australia courses such as Coaching and Officiating should not be added by an individual as they will be added by BA or STA staff.
By following these steps, you can easily update your BowlsLink profile to reflect you have obtained your accreditation, noting you may need a club or STA administrator to complete an approval.
Firstly you will need to log into BowlsLink: https://bowlslink.com.au/
Then type in your email address associated with your membership and your Password. If you need to reset your password you can also do this via this login page.
In the Member Overview, click the ‘+’ icon in the Certifications area to add.
From the available certifications, search for your State’s Working With Children/Vulnerable People Check (WWCC/WWVP) – click Add.
Enter the Date Obtained and Valid Until date of your Working with Children Check/Working with Vulnerable People check.
Upload a copy of your certification from your device and then click ‘Add‘ –
Please NOTE, adding the Certification will not immediately be approved.
Your relevant approval body (STA or club) will need to review the document before being approved.
