How to find your competition entries – BowlsLink App and Desktop site

This guide provides a step-by-step approach to effectively find your competition entries on BowlsLink, via the Desktop or App versions, ensuring you can easily access and track your participation.

It simplifies the process of viewing your entries, results, and managing your team details. Additionally, it highlights the convenience of accessing real-time competition results, enhancing your overall experience in the sport.

Make sure you have the BowlsLink App downloaded on your device – to download the app, go to the Apple or Android app stores and search BowlsLink App

If you already have the app downloaded, you may need to update for the latest version.

Select the BowlsLink App on your device and Login using your credentials (email or NIN and password combination)

Navigating your BowlsLink App dashboard, click Account and then Click My Competitions.

This page will display any competitions you have registered – these competitions can be filtered using the filter icon in the search field

Accessing the Results Portal

To access the Results Portal, click Results in the centre app dashboard – Click the Organising Bodies tiles below to see the respective STA competitions such as State or National Championships or use the manual search field

Login to BowlsLink account using your NIN or Email and password combination.

Select your My Club context and click the relevant Club – DO NOT click ‘My Club’ header

Note – If you have only ONE Club membership, you will be logged in directly

After logging in, click Competitions on the lefthand navigation menu and select your Entered competitions.

This page will display all your Secured Entries for competitions and allow members to View Entry or View Matches

Clicking ‘View Entry’ will display your entry dashboard, including the Competition name, Format, Dates, Primary Contact, Team Name, Players and any Fees/Transactions (if payment was via BowlsLink).

You can also view In-Play competitions by clicking Competitions (clicking this page will default to view In-Play competitions)

On this page using the tool icon on the righthand side, click Manage Entry.

Manage Entry will display your entry dashboard, including the Competition name, Format, Dates, Primary Contact, Team Name, Players and any Fees/Transactions (if payment was via BowlsLink.

Accessing the Results Portal

Using the lefthand navigation menu, click Results Portal – this will open a new browser tab

Here you can search via the key phrase field and use the available filters, OR

Click the Organising Bodies tiles below to see the respective STA competitions such as State or National Championships
