This guide provides a step-by-step process for accessing BowlsLearn courses and modules.
By following these instructions, users can easily navigate the platform to enroll in Courses and explore various modules. It simplifies the login and enrollment process, ensuring that members can efficiently access valuable training resources to enhance their skills.
What is BowlsLearn?
BowlsLearn provides a method of completing self-paced bowls-related training in a range of areas including:
- Officiating
- Coaching
- BowlsLink
- ASC – Coaching, Officiating, Governance, All Abilities
- Program Coordinating (Rookie Rollers)

BowlsLearn is a training platform that largely replicates what is offered in-person in the Coaching and Officiating areas. Please note that to fully complete some courses/modules (e.g. Club Coach, Markers, Measurers, National Umpires), there will be an on-green component that will be required to be completed at the conclusion of the self-paced learning component.
BowlsLearn is accessible to members via their profile or by search for BowlsLearn on their web browser, i.e. Google.
Accessing BowlsLearn
To access BowlsLearn via their profile, members will need to login and on the left-hand side of the navigation menu select BowlsLearn (note, the link is available at all levels of access such as Members, Club Admin, Group Admin, etc…).
BowlsLearn website will open in a new tab

After opening the new tab, Click on the Login link (top right)
Click on the green Login with BowlsLink and use your BowlsLink login details again to login.

Once logged in, you can navigate through BowlsLearn. Click Course Catalog to see all available courses and modules.
To enter a course or module, select the appropriate tile and continue

When accessing the course or module, you will have access to the Description, Course Outline, Instructions and Resources to complete the course.
Click on Course Outline and then click on Module 1 to begin.

Read through each page and click on Mark Complete – throughout the courses and modules there are quizzes and assessments to test the member’s knowledge before they are certified for the theory portion of the accreditation.
Viewing complete and incomplete courses
You don’t need to complete the course all at once, you can always logout and login back in. The course will remember what you have completed.
Once you have completed the course and obtained 100% on the final quiz you will be able to download a certificate or qualify to complete the on-green training component.
When the theoretical portion of your course is complete, you may need to contact your State or Territory Authority (STA) for approval or completion of an On-Green assessment – State and Territory Contacts
In your BowlsLearn account, click on Dashboard.

From your Dashboard, you can see Your Courses including those that are Complete (Blue heading) and In Progress (Yellow heading). You can also see the total Courses enrolled, Completed courses and Certificates.
Click on the In Progress courses and this will continue from where it was last left
